Archiving Our Chat

On Nov 10 class 62 will be hosting its first global twitter chat. We will be sharing the life of Hana Brady based on the book Hana's Suitcase and we are inviting the world to share thoughts on peace, war, WWII, or the holocaust. Share links, songs, poems, artwork, blogs anything! Use the hashtag #hana62

If you've read about this project or will be participating on the day, please pin your location on our google map.
Simply click on edit and drag a pin marker to your location. In grade 6 Ontario our Social Studies unit is "Canada's Links to the World" and rather than just learning about the world, we are going to link to the world! We'd really like to see what your area looks like so if you could add a picture or video that would be fabulous!

Throughout the day we'll have http://twitterfountain.com/ projected in our classroom so we can see what the world is tweeting.

We're using http://sproutsocial.com/ and hootsuite to schedule our tweets announcing the event.

Tweets, of course, disappear after a period of time, so we will be archiving our chat using Twapper Keeper
