My husband Jeremy's assessment of thinking you need to plan everything your student is going to learn, then creating the charts and worksheets and final tasks, rather than allowing the students to plan their own learning:
You're like a drug dealer, spoon feeding them everything until they're completely dependent on you and unable to decide what to do next. Ouch!
